You don’t need specialized data training to complete this process, but you will need to be comfortable pulling custom reports in your CRM, as well as doing some manual data manipulation to prepare the format of the spreadsheets for upload.
What guidance is provided for preparing my data and completing the upload?
Our team is on hand to help at each step of the process. We provide a data schema and template spreadsheet that you can review to be sure you’re pulling the correct information from your CRM, and our customer success team will also review the process with you and answer any questions that arise along the way.
What if my CRM data is messy?
This usually isn’t a problem. Our team will work with you to review your concerns and ensure that your data is in good shape for upload. As long as you have the required data, don’t worry about a few duplicates or typos.
