Get in on the ground floor with a scaling company doing work that actually matters. As a Sales Development Representative at Dataro you will play a key role in our growth plans by finding and engaging with potential customers and moving them forwards in the sales process.

Objectives of this Role

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new ones
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Execs for next steps
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities using calling, emails, Linkedin and other channels
  • Qualify prospects based on their CRM and size
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account execs
  • Report to the US Expansion Lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Make sure all your activities reflect our for-purpose mission and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant university-level qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Hubspot
  • Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving quotas
