Get in on the ground floor with a scaling company doing work that actually matters. As a Sales Development Representative at Dataro you will play a key role in our growth plans by finding and engaging with potential customers and moving them forwards in the sales process.

Objectives of this Role
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new ones
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage Account Execs for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities using calling, emails, Linkedin and other channels
- Qualify prospects based on their CRM and size
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and account execs
- Report to the US Expansion Lead with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Make sure all your activities reflect our for-purpose mission and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant university-level qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Hubspot
- Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving quotas
