What counts as an "active donor"?
Active donors are records in your database that Dataro runs predictions against. Your sales contact will help you determine the right count based on how your CRM is structured and which segments you want to include.

What does prospect research cover — and why is it US only?
Prospect research enriches your donor records with wealth and capacity data. It's currently available for US-based records only. AU and UK expansion is in progress — ask your sales contact for an estimated timeline.
How long does onboarding take?
Most organizations are live within 4–6 weeks. Enterprise implementations with complex data environments or custom model training may take longer. Every plan includes a structured onboarding — you're never left to figure it out alone.
Does Dataro support data residency requirements?
