Solution Architect (SaaS)

We’re looking for a seriously talented Solution Architect to join our team and get our solution into the hands of not-for-profits around the world.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Work closely with our sales team and top prospects to understand client systems and how they can best be integrated with the Dataro platform.
  • Scope and document custom integrations for sales, clients and our operations team.
  • Guide clients through API connection, SFTP file exchange or install Dataro software into client environments.
  • Respond to technical questions from clients regarding Dataro’s integrations, system architecture and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to sales and customer success teams during pre-sales and project execution phases.
  • Perform analysis of client data and be able to triage issues for our operations team.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Clearly document all the integration options available to clients.

On The First Day, We’ll Expect You To Have

  • >3yrs experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on CRM integration
  • Very strong knowledge and experience of: cloud CRMs, databases, APIs & SFTP
  • Good Python or SQL skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in pre-sales support and technical consulting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

It’s Great, But Not Required, If You Have Experience With

  • The fundraising and non-profit sector
  • Startups
  • AWS
