As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with Dataro’s Marketing Director, Product Marketing Manager and global sales teams to manage and optimize our digital marketing initiatives and lead our demand generation efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing digital initiatives that drive awareness, grow our product’s influence, generate leads, and optimize conversion rates across all digital channels. The role will also be responsible for marketing operations via HubSpot to ensure effective tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
We’re looking for a strategic, creative, analytical, and collaborative digital marketer with nonprofit tech experience to join our fast-growing team. You will also be working alongside the CEO and co-founder.

What you will do
+ Implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy using various digital marketing channels.
+ Design, execute, and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to drive lead generation.
+ Create and manage lead nurture campaigns, including workflows and targeted content to guide prospects through the sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
+ Develop our website as a key asset of demand generation and implement strategies to increase traffic, enhance user experience, and optimize content for SEO.
+ Plan and execute webinars to educate prospects and showcase our products, managing promotion, content creation, and post-webinar follow-up to drive lead engagement.
+ Work closely with the content team to create engaging, demand-driven content that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation efforts.
+ Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights plus reporting on digital marketing performance.
+ Manage digital marketing tools and platforms, including HubSpot, ensuring effective tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within B2B (ideally nonprofit tech), with a focus on demand generation and lead generation strategies.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns, including paid advertising and email marketing, with a particular focus on LinkedIn/ABM.
Have exceptional written, communication, and speaking skills with ability to create compelling content tailored to target audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data to optimize campaign performance.
Incredibly organized and efficient — you take on complex projects and campaigns and own them from start to finish.
Thrive in cross-functional environments and can effectively collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams
